Address cannot be changed after your order has been completed.
We will inform you of your parcel number in the shipping notification email that will be sent after the product is shipped, so once you have confirmed your parcel number, please check the parcel status on the Sagawa Express website using the "Package Inquiry Service".
Please call the Sagawa Express branch office shown in "Delivery Inquiries" and provide the delivery address.
*If delivery is made to an address with a different delivery area, a transfer fee will be charged. Please note that the customer will be responsible for transfer fees.
*Sagawa Express has a storage period of 7 days. If you are unable to receive the item within the storage period, the package will be returned to our store as you declined to receive it, and the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees for re-shipment. Please note that even if we accept re-shipment, we cannot cancel or refund your order.
*The delivery address for Yamato Transport's "Nekopos" packages cannot be changed after the product is shipped.
