What is a security code?
A security code is a special code used to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards and debit cards. Please check the following for the details of each credit card.

VISA, MasterCard, and JCB are three-digit numbers written on the back of your credit card
(It is located just to the right of your main card number)
American Express is the four-digit numbers written on the front of your credit card
(It is located at the top right of your main card number)
If you do not know the security code or are unable to read, please contact the bank or credit card company listed on your card.

Payment method: Please make payment within 3 days from the day after your order date at any of the convenience stores selected on the payment method input screen.
*Convenience store payments are subject to advance payment. We will arrange for the product shipping in order from customers who have confirmed their payment. If the payment deadline has passed, your order will be cancelled.

If you pay at convenience store, you will be redirected to the KOMOJU payment page after pressing the [Order Complete] button.
Please select the convenience store you will be using and press the [Purchase Procedure] button.

*The customer number, confirmation number, and payment deadline required for payment will be displayed (items may vary depending on the convenience store selected). Please be sure to print it out or not make a note.
* KOMOJU will send you an email with the number required for payment, but if you have set up email reception settings, please unlock the filter for "@komoju.com" and set it up so that you can receive emails from no-reply@komoju.com.

1. The payment destination name for the receipt, which is a "customer copy," is "DEGICA."
2. Please make sure to keep the original receipts and payment slips issued when payment is completed at a convenience store. (If you cannot confirm your payment proof, we may not be able to provide support after purchase.)

■atone Next month payment (convenience store/direct debit)
Atone is a great deferred payment that can be used without a credit card and earns points.
The accumulated points can be used to shop at Atone.

How to use
(1) Select "atone Next Month Payment (Convenience Store/Direct Debit)" as your payment method and enter your mobile phone number and password.
(2) Enter the authentication code sent via SMS to complete the purchase.
(3) You will receive a request notification via email and SMS from the 1st to 3rd of the following month.
(4) Payment must be made by the due date.
*You must register as a member for the first time.

Payment method/expiration date
・Convenience store terminal/bank ATM (Pay-easy): 10th of the following month
・Electronic barcode: 10th of the following month
・Postcard invoice: 20th of the following month
・Direct debit: 27th of the following month

The default setting is a convenience store device/bank ATM (Pay-easy).
If you wish to make a change, please proceed by the end of the month using the smartphone app or Web My Page.

■Deferred payment (Convenience store/bank ATM)
This is a safe and easy "deferred payment" system that allows you to pay at a "convenience store/bank ATM" once your order is completed.
You can use your mobile phone number and email address now.
The deferred payment fee is 209 yen (tax included).

Payment process
-The day after the order is confirmed, we will inform you of the billing amount via email and SMS. Please pay by 10 days later.
