If the product is defective, we will replace it with a good product.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to "SMILE WORKS SHOP" with your name, order number and defective condition. We will provide you with instructions on how to deal with this.
Please note that you cannot specify an exchange method.
*If the product is unilaterally returned without an agreement with this store, or if the product is returned in a different way than the information provided by this store, the returned product will be discarded at our store's voluntary and will not be refunded.
*If the product is defective (damaged to the CD case, damaged product, or dropped corners, etc.) due to a transportation accident, please contact the shipping company directly within 7 days of receiving the product. The cardboard box when delivered will also be pulled up along with the damaged item, so please do not dispose of the cardboard box.
*For products with a manufacturer's contact details, please contact the manufacturer directly.
*Regarding the response method, we can only exchange products with good products of the same type and the same pattern, and we cannot exchange or return them for different types of products or different patterns.
*If you contact "SMILE WORKS SHOP" within 7 days of receiving the product, and if you follow the procedures provided by our store, we will cover the exchange shipping costs.
*We cannot accommodate products purchased from other stores. Please contact the store where you purchased the product directly.
We cannot accept exchanges in the following cases:
・If an offer is made by someone other than the purchaser
・If 7 days have passed since the product was received (please be sure to check the product when it is delivered)
・If used
・If processed or repaired under the customer
・If washed
・If scratches or stains occur under the customer
・If tag has been cut
・In the case of minor manufacturing scratches etc. that can generally be considered to be within the range of good products
・If the item is unilaterally returned without agreement with this store, or if the item is returned in a different way than the information provided at this store
