If there is no first delivery after 2-3 days have passed since the date your package is now tracked, it may be possible that the delivery has not been possible due to your absence or unknown address.
Please contact the delivery company within 7 days of the shipping date.
*The delivery company's storage deadline is 7 days from the first delivery date (or the day the delivery date if the address is unknown). Please note that if 7 days have passed, the item will be returned to us as a re-delivery fee, and the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee for re-shipment.
